Kristine Pagar, RMT, B.Sc. is Co-Founder of LiNK Massage Therapy & Wellness Hub and a Registered Massage Therapist with over 14 years of clinical experience.
Kristine provides advanced, evidence-informed care, blending therapeutic and relaxation-based techniques to support pain management, recovery, and overall well-being. Her treatments are tailored to each patient, whether they are seeking focused deep tissue work, restorative care, or a more soothing therapeutic experience.
Kristine is available: Mondays and Fridays 10am-7pm and Wednesdays 3pm-7pm.
In addition to her clinical practice, Kristine is an Instructor in the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College, where she contributes to the development and mentorship of future practitioners. Her teaching experience enhances her clinical approach, ensuring treatments are grounded in both current evidence and strong foundational knowledge.

Lisa Pasquariello-Bent, RMT, MHAA, is a Co-Founder of LiNK Massage Therapy & Wellness Hub and a Registered Massage Therapist with over 22 years of clinical experience, practicing since 2004.
She is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner and holds a Diploma in Mental Health and Addictions, which informs her thoughtful, patient-centred approach to care.
Lisa provides advanced, evidence-informed treatment, integrating techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, active release, myofascial release, and cupping therapy to support both physical recovery and overall well-being. Her focus is on delivering meaningful, individualized care—tailored to each patient’s needs at every visit.
At LiNK Massage Therapy & Wellness Hub, Lisa is committed to providing a clinical environment grounded in inclusivity, safety, consent, and respect. Patients are welcomed into a space where they feel heard and supported—whether addressing chronic pain, acute injury, stress, or seeking restorative care.
She is the creator and developer of Mindfulness Massage & Meditation™; a unique treatment designed to support both body and mind through an integrated therapeutic experience. She is also trained in Indie Head Massage, a deeply restorative therapy for the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders.
In addition to her clinical work, Lisa has contributed extensively to the profession. She is a former Instructor at Centennial College’s Massage Therapy Program and continues to work with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) as an Assessment Advisor and previously as an OSCE Examiner, Subject Matter Expert and Consultant for Professional Conduct.
